Self Catering Studio Barn sleeps 2 adults

St Petroc's Studio Barn (known as "Cart Barn") is a self contained cosy romantic space which is nestled in a rural secluded location allowing our guests to enjoy Cornwall and everything Padstow and the surrounding area has to offer whilst providing a peaceful haven at the end of the day to retreat.  The Studio has it's own private entrance from the  Courtyard.  It is a fabulous space for a couple or adults who want tranquillity and escapism.  With Padstow "The foodie Capital of Cornwall" less than 4 miles away and the coastal walks and the golden sandy beaches of Mawgan Porth, Porthcothan, Mother's Ivy, Constantine Bay, Porth, Harlyn, Treyarnon and Trevone all within a 10 min drive the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall and all it has to offer. 

This modern Studio Barn has a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower.  There is a fairly small well equipped kitchen which includes a x2 ring hob, Combined Oven/Microwave, Fridge, Sink, Cutlery, Plates, Dishes, Pots & Pans, Utensils etc (all you need to cook a meal). There is also a large open plan Studio Room which encompasses the Bedroom/Lounge and Dining Area. The room is spacious with King Size Bed, Wardrobe, Dresser with Drawers, Double Sofa, Coffee Table, Large TV, Wi-Fi, Blue Tooth Speaker, Dining Table and chairs. Outside there is a small patio area with table and chairs for relaxing. For entertainment there are some games, Netflix Streaming, Prime and You Tube as well as normal TV channels.  This space is designed for x2 adults and is not suitable for children.  We would recommend up to a 5 day stay in the Studio.

We are also within 5-10 minutes of the A39 making this a great base from which to visit many of Cornwall's top tourist attractions.
